Joanna Zhang (Founder)
Joanna specializes in IT consulting industry with solid record in ERP-SAP and CRM functions.
Prior founding Career Advisory Solutions (CAS), Joanna worked in one leading recruitment firm, where she started and led IT Consulting division. She has been dedicating in ERP-SAP and CRM recruitment since 2016. She has a vast network in bilingual SAP experienced talents that enable her to partner with her clients on an exclusive basis and provide them with the competitive specialized talents.
She was the No.1 top biller and qualified for international top performer reward (Chairman’s Club) multiple times since 2017. She also achieved the “The Best Recruitment Partner Award” from one major consulting firm that she helped created a SAP consulting team.
Not only in permanent recruitment, Joanna also has solid experience in SAP contract/Gyomu space. She created the record of placing 15 SAP freelance consultants within 10 months back to 2016 when she just started recruitment.
Joanna graduated with a Master degree (GPA4.0/4.0) from Yokohama National University.
